| 摘 要： | 目的：观察硫糖铝混悬液治疗消化性溃疡的疗效，并与片剂比较。方法：将１５６例病人随机分为２组，１０４例用硫糖铝混悬液，每次５ｍＬ（含硫糖铝ｌｇ），ｑｉｄ，另５２例用硫糖铝片剂，每次４片（０．２５ｇ／片），ｑｉｄ，２组疗程皆４－６ｗｋ。结果：对胃溃疡治疗６ｗｋ的总愈合率，混悬液组是８２％，片剂组是５４％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。对十二指肠球部溃疡治疗４ｗｋ的总愈合率，混悬液组和片剂组分别为９０％和４７％（Ｐ＜０．０１），２组间差异非常显著。个别病人有口干，便秘及恶心，不良反应发生率２组间无显著差别（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：硫糖铝混悬液对消化性溃疡的疗效优于片剂。

| Abstract: | AIM: To campare the efficacy between suspension and tablet of sucralfate in treating peptic ulcer. METHODS: Patients (n=156) with peptic ulcer were divided into 2 groups: 1O4 patients received sucralfate suspension po 5 mL(1g)qid and 52 patients received sucralfate tablet po 4 tablets(0.25 g/tablet) qid as control.Courses of treatment were 6 wk for gastric ulcer and 4 wk for duodenal ulcer. RESULTS: Total healing rates of gastric ulcer in suspension and tablet groups were 82%and 54%,respectively(P< 0.05).Total healing rates of duodenal ulcer in the 2 groups were 90% and 47%. respectively(P< 0.01).Mild thirst,nausea,and constipation were experienced in both groups. CONCLUSION:The efficacy of sucralfate suspension is better than that of sucralfate tablet in the treatment of peptic ulcer. |
