糖尿病患者血清生长激素及胰岛素与血糖的关系

本文膨用放射免疫法检测97例糖尿病患者血清生长激素(GH)和胰岛索,同时测定空腹血糖,并观察40例患者治疗过程中的动态变化。结果表明:轻、中、重型三组患者血清GH均比正常人明显增高,三组间的GH亦有显著差异。GH与血糖呈平行关系。动态观察病侧可见伴随血糖降低和血清胰岛索升高,GH也明显降低。并对GH与糖尿病代谢紊乱的关系进行了讨论。

Correlation among Growth Hormone,Insulin,and Glucose Levels in Blood of Diabetics

The levels of growth hormone(GH) and insulin in serum of 97 diabeticswere measured by radioimmunoassay, and the values of fasting blood glucose (FBG) were determined at the same time. The changes of these parameters were dynamically observed in 40 cases during treatment. The results suggested that the levels of GH in three groups of diabetics (mild, moderate, and severe types) were significantly higher than those in normal controls, and that there were also obvious differences in GH levels among these three groups. There was a parallel correlation between the values of GH and FBG. It was found that the level of GH decreased concomitant-ly with the diminished FBG and the increased insulin during dynamical observation. In the present study the correlation between GH and the pathogenesis of diabetic metabolism was also discussed.
