| 摘 要： | 取健康、雄性、成年豚鼠16只分成两组—激光组与手术刀组.各组分别用二氧化碳激光与手术刀在胃前壁沿胃大弯作切口,然后缝合.在术后第3、5、7、14天取材制成标本,进行组织学观察.二氧化碳激光切口与手术刀切口的愈合过程基本相同,但上皮组织激光组比手术刀组愈合的快.激光使切口周围组织热凝固,由此产生止血作用.激光能直接促使肥大细胞增多.

| Abstract: | Sixteen healthy male adult guinea pigs were divided into two groups : One is the laser group and the other the scalpel group. In either group stomach incisions were made on the anterior gastric wall along the greater curvature with carbon dioxide laser and scalpel respectively, and then sutured.Post-operative samples were taken on the 3rd, 5th, 7th,and 14th days,and studied histologically.The healing process of the incisions in either group is basically the same,but the healing of the epithelial tissue around the incision is quicker in the laser group. Laser causes the tissues around the incision to coagulate,thus resulting in haemostasis.Laser affects mastocytes to increase in number. |
