银翘解毒合剂中连翘与牛蒡子提取工艺的优化研究

摘    要:目的研究银翘解毒合剂中连翘与牛蒡子的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验考察不同提取下连翘苷和牛蒡子苷的含量,采用岛津LC-10ATVP高效液相色谱仪进行含量测定,流动相:乙氰-水(25:75),检测波长:277nm与280nm。结果连翘苷与牛蒡子苷采用A1C3B3提取工艺含量较高。结论该最佳方案能够保证银翘解毒合剂的质量。

Abstract:Objective To research the best extract technique of Forsythin suspense (Thunb.) Vall. and Arctium Lappa L. in Yinqiao jiedu oral liquor. Method The orthogonal design method was used to analyse the contents of forsythin and arctilin in Yinqiao jiedu oral liquor in different extract condition, and the Shimadzu LC-10ATVP HPLC was used to determine the contents. The mobile phase is CH3N-H2O(25:75), the detective wavelength is 277nm and 280 nm. Results The extraction technics of forsythin and arctilin were A1C3B3,which extration rate was higher. Conclusion The method choosed is the best and can be used to research the technique.
