2008年乌兰察布市城区部分学校及幼儿园食堂食(饮)具消毒效果调查

摘    要:目的]认真贯彻《学生集体用餐卫生监督办法》、《餐饮业与集体用餐配送单位卫生规范》、《食品卫生监督量化分级管理制度》,防止学校食源性疾病的发生。方法]2008年6月,对乌兰察布市城区20所学校及幼儿园食堂进行食(饮)具消毒效果调查。结果]合计检测182份消毒后待用的食(饮)具,大肠菌群合格率为79.12%。食(饮)具大肠菌群合格率,中学及中等专科学校食堂、幼儿园食堂分别为72.73%、85.11%(P0.05),学校自己经营管理食堂与炊管人员承包的幼儿园食堂分别为82.61%、68.18%(P0.05),蒸汽消毒的餐具、电子消毒柜消毒的食(饮)具分别为85.59%、67.19%(P0.01),碗、不锈钢餐盘、筷子合格率分别为77.89%、87.30%、62.50%(P0.05)。结论]乌兰察布市城区学校、幼儿园食堂食(饮)具消毒效果较好。
