| 摘 要： | 本文报道62例先心病心内直视术后使用机械辅助呼吸过程中,肺顺应性、气道压力、呼气末CO_2浓度,每分钟CO_2产量、有效通气量等监测指标随年龄、体表面积增加和病情轻重而变化的临床意义。

| Abstract: | The results of respiratory monitoring and treatment by using ventilator 900C were analysed in a group of 62 postoperative infants with congenital heart diseases. 42 eases (67.7%) were free from complications and the rest (32.3%) suffered from 27 kinds of complications. Effective ventilating volume, pulmonary compliance and CO_2 production per minute increased with age and body surface of patients in the group without complication. Airway pressure, end expiratory CO_2 concentration, CO_2 production per minute and ratio of ineffective tidal volume to effective tidal volume increased,but pulmonary compliance and effective ventilating volume decreased in the group with complications when the patients were unstable. The former 4 items decreased while the latter 2 items increased obviously after lung physiotherapy. Treatment according to the clinical observetions are very helpful for critical patients. |
