中医药为主治疗传染性非典型肺炎影像学随访

目的 总结中医药为主治疗的传染性非典型肺炎（非典，SARS）患者康复出院1年后肺部及髋关节影像学表现。方法 对该院治愈出院1年后的33例非典患者进行胸部螺旋CT扫描、双髋关节X线及双髋关节MRI扫描等检查。结果 33例非典随访者中胸部CT扫描有21例无异常、12例异常：髋关节X线检查发现30例无异常、3例异常（1例陈旧性骨折、2例股髌内骨岛形成或股颈干软组织钙化）；双髋关节MRI检查提示26例无异常，7例异常，其中有1例提示左侧股骨头前基底部小面积水肿信号，不排除早期股骨头缺血性坏死，1年半后再次MR检查水肿明显减轻，此患者有SLE病史半年余，长期服用大量激素，需进一步随访。结论 中医药为主治疗的非典患者康复出院1年后，髋关节影像学随访观察未见与SARS疾病或激素治疗后相关并发症或后遗症；肺部影像学随访观察大多数无异常，少部分异常表现多与有基础病史、年龄等有关，也不排除非典本身疾病后所残留的部分钎维化。

Image findings of SARS recovered patients who mainly treated with TCM after discharged

Objective To trace pulmonary an d hipbone joint findings of SARS recovered persons who mainly treated by TCM aft er a year discharged.Methods 33 SARS recovered persons discharg ed from our hospital after a year were checked respectively with chest CT,double hipbone joint X-rays and MRI.Results Among 33 cases,there wer e 21 normal and 12 abnormal cases by chest CT,30 normal and 3 abnormal cases(1 o utmoded fracture,2 bone island formed or parenchyma calcify) by hipbone joint X -rays,26 normal and 7 abnormal cases by MRI.Among these cases,it indicated that one case had abnormal signal nearside of femoral head and not got rid of forepa rt ischemic osteonecrosis.And this case had been suffering SLE for more than hal f a year and she had taken large dose medicine of hormone for a long time. Conclusions The findings of image among 33 SARS recovered persons who were discharged from our hospital after a year is more normal,less abnormal,and the abnormal findings is related to the relevant foundation disease and age,not excluding the negative influence of SARS disease itself.
