| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了＂军字一号＂工程电子病历系统提供的住院志、病程记录、其他记录、检验申请、诊疗申请、知情文件、质量监控等 7个功能模块及常见问题处理.系统的应用可以规范医疗文书,减少差错发生;同时实行分级审签,严控病历质量.

| Abstract: | Decribes electronic medical record system(EMRS) on " No 1 Military" project and answers to its frequently asked questions.The system consists of 7 modules including admission record,disease course record,other record,laboratory application,diagnosis and treatment application,notification,quality control.The application of the system helps the normalization of medical documents,reduces mistakes;it also helps the realization of checkup and sign in different level,leads to better quality control. |
