湿性医疗技术救治成批硝火烧伤患者的临床体会

目的：总结湿性医疗技术救治成批硝火烧伤患者的临床经验。方法：对2003年11月收治的二批10例硝火烧伤并吸人性损伤患者、烧伤创面全程采用MEBT／MEBO治疗，同时根据病情予以全身综合治疗，吸人性损伤气管切开及雾化吸入治疗，Ⅲ度创面结合部分肉芽刨面植皮治疗。结果：10例患者1例自动出院，9例全部治愈，功能基本正常。结论：MEBT／MEBO可加速硝毒排泄，促进刨面愈合。

Clinical experience with MEBT/MEBO in treating patients burned by firecracker explosion in group

Objective: To sum up the experience in treating patients burned by firecracker explosion. Method: 10 cases of this disease in 2 groups were treated in November, 2003 using MEBT/MEBO. At the same time, systemic treatment was adopted, and for treating inhalation injury, tracheotomy and aerosol inhalation were done. Third degree burn wounds were subjected to granulation wound skin grafting. Result: 9 out of the 10 patients were cured and one case left the hospital according his own will. The function was normal. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO can promote excretion of toxic substances and wound healing.
