| 摘 要： | 采用单纯放疗和放疗加化疗ＤＦＰ方案（ＤＤＰ、５－Ｆｕ、潘生丁）治疗晚期不宜手术的食管癌２２０例，单放组和综合组各１１０例，放疗剂量均为６０～７０Ｇｙ／６～７周，而化疗于放疗前两周完成。治疗结果：综合组完全缓解率８３．６％（９２／１１０）、单放组７７．２％（８５／１１０）；１、２年生存率综合组为７３．６％（８１／１１０）、４６．３％（５１／１１０），单放组为４７．２％（５２／１１０）、２０％（２２／１１０）（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
