| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸曲普立啶的纯度检验与含量测定方法进行了研究。结果表明，该法在进行盐酸曲普立啶的纯度检验与含量测定时具有良好的精密度与准确性，分离效果与线性关系良好，相关系数为0．9998，最低检出限为40ng，因此可以作为盐酸曲普立啶的纯度检验与含量测定的基本方法。

| Abstract: | HPLC assay was used to determine the purity and content of triprolidine hydrochloride. It was found that the method had high precision and accuracy, fine separation and liner relationship in determining the purity and content of triprolidine hydrochloride, with the coefficients of correlation being 0. 9998. The limit of detection for triprolidine hydrochloride was 4o HPLC assay can be used as a basic method for the purity definition and content determination of triprolidine hydrochloride. |
