摘    要:目的探讨原位肝移植围手术期营养管理的作用和方法。方法对4例肝移植病人进行围手术期营养管理,对其方法和效果进行回顾性分析。结果 4例病人术前均存在不同程度营养不良,经营养管理,术前营养状况均有所改善,术后转氨酶、白蛋白等指标基本恢复正常,康复出院。结论围手术期进行营养管理,给予恰当的营养治疗对肝移植病人的康复起重要作用。

Nutrition Management in the Perioperative Period of Liver Transplantation

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect and methods of nutrition management in the perioperative period of orthotopic liver transplantation.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the nutrition management of 4 cases in the perioperative period of liver transplantation.Results Malnutrition of different degrees was found in the 4 cases in the perioperative period;the pre-operative nutrition state was improved after nutrition management was provided;the index of transaminese and albumin after operation restored to normal and the patients discharged with recovery.Conclusions It is of important effect to provide nutrition management with proper nutrition therapy on the recovery of the patients of liver transplantation.
