平板运动试验阳性对冠状动脉造影正常患者的评价

为评价平板运动试验阳性而冠状动脉造影正常的胸痛患者的临床意义，对３６例平板运动试验阳性而造影阴性的患才与３６例运动试验和造影阳性的患者进行临床资料及平板运动试验参数的对照分析。

Value of positive ECG treadmill test for patients with chest pain and negative coronary angiography

In order to evaluate clinical significance of positive electrocardiogram treadmill test(ETT) to normal coronary artery angiography patients with chest pain, clinical data and parameters of electrocardiogram treadmill test (ETT) were analyzed in 72 patients with chest pain who had been examined by ETT and coronary artery angiography (CAA).Patients were divided into 2 groups:group A consisted of 36 patients with positive ETT but normal CAA, and group B was made up of another 36 patients with positive ETT and positive CAA. Results showed:both groups had same risk factors of coronary artery disease, but group A had characterics of younger average age, more females than males, shorter average exercise time and higher percentage of maximal heart rate reached. Authors maintain that positive ETT with normal CAA has an important diagnostic value for male patients, but for female patients, establishment of its diagnostic value should be linked with their clinical data.
