| 摘 要： | 目的 对茉莉花进行多糖的提取及含量测定.方法 用水提醇沉法提取茉莉花多糖,酚-硫酸法、紫外分光光度法测定茉莉花多糖的含量.结果提取的茉莉花多糖粗品中水溶性多糖含量为16.8%,氨基酸总量为4.54%,Ca 0.27%,Fe 0.13%,Zn 0.016%.结论 由茉莉花中可得到具有免疫活性的多糖.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE A study on isolation and determination of polysaccharide from the flower of Jasminum sambac. METHODS The UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of polysaccharide. RESULTS The content of polysaccharide in the rough polysaccharide from the flower of Jasrninum sambac was 16.8% ,the content of amino acid was 4.54% ,Ca 0.27% ,Fe 0. 13% ,Zn 0. 016%. CONCLUSION Immunologically active polysaccharide could be obtained from the flower of Jasminum sambac. |
