172例汶川地震伤员远程火车转运前的要求与途中处理

目的 探讨地震伤员火车长途转运过程中的合适治疗方案及并发症预防措施.方法 对河北省收治的172例地震转运伤员进行回顾性分析,总结地震伤员火车长途转运过程中各病种伤情发生变化情况及并发症预防措施.结果 转运的172例伤员全部安全到达目的 地医院,共有68例发生并发症,包括下肢静脉血栓形成93例,坠积性肺炎2例,褥疮7例,感染16例,经过积极预防和治疗,全部治愈.结论 应密切监测大批地震伤员在转运途中时伤情变化并及时处理,绝大部分伤员可安全转运到达目的 地医院,同时要及时掌握各种并发症发生的规律及治疗对策.

Clinical analysis of long distance transport of 172 Wenchuan earthquake patients for further treatment

Objective To study a proper method of transporting patients from the earthquake area at a long distance, by which complications can be prevented and effective treatment conducted. Methods A retrospective analysis was done on the long distance transport of 172 patients from the Wenchuan earthquake area for further treatment in our hospital. The clinical data, conditions, complications and treatments of the172 patients during transport were analyzed. Results All the 172 patients were safely transported to our hospital. Of them, 68 cases experienced one or more complications which responded to medical attention on the journey. Conclusion Most of the earthquake patients can be transported for a long distance to a destination hospital, if close observation and immediate treatment can be conducted and great attention can be paid to prevention, diagnosis and therapy of possible complications.
