清开灵注射液氧气雾化治疗流行性出血性结膜炎疗效研究

目的研究清开灵注射液氧气雾化治疗流行性出血性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法125例（250眼）流行性出血性结膜炎患者。按就诊顺序随机分为观察组63例（126眼）和对照组62例（124眼）。两组均采用常规滴眼液，观察组另加用清开灵注射液眼部氧气雾化。治疗6d后进行效果评价。结果观察组的治疗效果显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论清开灵注射液氧气雾化联合眼液治疗流行性出血性结膜炎疗效明显，无毒副作用，是一种中西医结合治疗流行性出血性结膜炎安全有效的治疗手段。

The Study of the Effect of Qingkailing Injection by Oxygen Atomization in the Treatment of Epidemic Hemorrhagic Conjunctivitis

Objective To obtain the effect of Qingkailing injection by oxygen atomization in the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis. Methods 125 patients of epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups named observation group （containing 63 patients ） and control group（containing 62 patients ）, Both groups were treated with drip collyria. And the patients of observation group were given Qingkailing injection by oxygen atomization in addition. Results The effect of the observational group was much better than that of the control group（P〈0. 05 ） Conclusion the effect of Qingkailing injection by oxygen atomization in the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis is fine. And it has no toxic effects and side effects. It is a safe and effective method in the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine.
