经鼻面罩持续正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的护理

目的探讨经鼻面罩持续正压通气（CPAP）治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）过程中前、中、后的护理。方法对30例患者进行治疗前的心理护理和准备，治疗中的密切观察和护理配合，治疗后的健康宣教和随访。结果30例均有打鼾，睡时被憋醒，白天困倦、嗜睡等典型症状，其中23例肥胖，15例并发高血压，1例并发心律失常。治疗后OSAS典型症状消失，8例高血压恢复正常，另7例高血压比治疗前血压下降，1例心律失常恢复正常心率，23例肥胖者体重均有下降。随访2年，未发现并发症和死亡。结论经鼻面罩持续正压通气治疗方法是最直接和安全的，具有无创性、无痛苦、效果好的特点。治疗前耐心解释，治疗中密切观察和护理，治疗后指导养成良好的生活习惯，做到定期随访是CPAP治疗OSAS取得疗效的重要保证。

Nursing of Obstructive sleep Apnea Syndrome Patients Treated by Continuous Positive Airway Pressure

Objective To investigate the nursing of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS） before, during and after the treatment of nasal continuous positive airway pressure（CPAP）. Methods 30 patients received pre-treatment of psychological care, close observation and care during treatment and post-treatment of health education and follow-up. Results 30 patients had typical symptoms such as snoring, waking up during sleep, sleepiness, lethargy and so on, including 23 cases of obesity, 15 of hypertension, 1 of arrhythmia. OSAS typical symptoms disappeared after treatment, and blood pressure of 8 hypertension patients returned to normal, blood pressure of another 7 hypertension cases was lower than before treatment, 1 case of arrhythmia restore normal heart rate,23 cases of obesity, weight decrease. No complications and death were found in 2 years follow-up. Conclusions The nasal continuous positive aircay pressure treatment is the most direct,safe,non-invasive,painless and effective treatment. Pre-treatment of psychological care, close observation and care during treatment and post-treatment of health education and follow-up are important for treatment of OSAS by CPAP.
