沙美特罗替卡松治疗中重度支气管哮喘患者的疗效观察

目的观察沙美特罗替卡松治疗中重度支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法 78例中重度支气管哮喘患者随机分为2组,对照组（n=38例）采用常规方法治疗;观察组（n=40例）采用沙美特罗替卡松治疗,2组疗程均为2周。比较2组治疗总有效率及肺功能指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率（82.5%）明显高于对照组（68.4%）（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后FEV1和FEV1/FVC肺功能情况均明显缓解（P〈0.05）,而观察组改善更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论沙美特罗替卡松治疗中重度支气管哮喘可明显改善临床症状,提高肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Efficacy of Salmeterol Fluticasone Propionate for Patients with Moderate to Severe Bronchial Asthma

Abstract ： Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of salmeterol fluticasone propionate on patients with moderate to severe bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 78 patients with moderate to severe bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients in the control group （ n = 38 ） was applied with conventional treatment while patients in observation group （n = 40） was treated by salmetero] fluticasone propionate therapy, both group were treated for 2 weeks before the total efficiency and changes in lung function index were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （82.5%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （68.4%） （P〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the lung function indexes such as FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly alleviated in both groups （P〈O.05） , while the observed group improved more significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone propionate in treatment for patients with moderate to severe bronchial asthma can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lung function, it is worthy of use in clinical application.
