摘    要:目的建立复方愈创木酚磺酸钾口服溶液中糖精钠含量的测定方法。方法采用ECOSIL HPLC COLUMN—C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-乙酸铵溶液(0.02mol/L)(6:94)为流动相;检测波长为230nm;流速1.0mL/min;柱温30℃。结果糖精钠在0.02—0.10mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.2%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便,准确,重复性好,可作为复方愈创木酚磺酸钾口服溶液中糖精钠含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of saccharin sodium in compound guaiacol potassium sulfonale oral solution. Methods saccharin sodium was determined by HPLC with an ECOSIL HPLC COLUMN-C18 column (200mm×4.6mm,5μm) and methanol-Ammonium acetate solution (0.02 mol/L) (6: 94) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the flow of 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linearity of saccharin sodium was promising within the range of 0.02 - 0.10 mg/mL( r = 0.999 9 ), and the average recovery was 99.1% with RSD of 1.2% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of saccharin sodium in compound Guaiacol Potassium Sulfonale oral solution
