摘    要:目的研究激光粒度仪湿法检测破壁饮片粒度的影响因素,建立合理的检测方法,保证检测结果的准确性。方法对比分析不同分散剂、分散介质和超声时间对测试结果的影响。结果不同分散介质和超声时间对测试结果均有一定影响,且分散介质的影响最为显著。结论影响破壁饮片粒度测定结果的关键因素为分散介质,粒度测定时应根据不同的颗粒性质,优选不同的分散条件。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors on particle size determination of broken pieces by laser particle size analyzer, and to establish reasonable detection method in order to ensure the accuracy of testing result. Methods The influences of different dispersing agents, dispersion medium, and ultrasonic time on the text result were analyzed. Results Different dispersion medium and ultrasonic time had influence on the test results, and the dispersion medium was the most significant influence factor. Conclusion Dispersion medium is the key factor affecting the determination result. Different dispersion condition should be chose according to different nature of particles when testing particle size of broken pieces.
