大剂量沐舒坦在微创胸外科术后的临床应用分析

目的：分析大剂量沐舒坦在微创胸外科手术后的临床应用效果。方法选取2012年6月至2013年1月在我院胸外科接受手术治疗的患者78例，随机分为观察组41例和对照组37例，观察组采用大剂量沐舒坦治疗，对照组按常规方式进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗后的咳痰情况、抗生素使用情况和并发症情况等。结果观察组患者治疗后稀释痰液患者数量多于对照组，使用抗生素的时间短于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。并发症发生率观察组为12．2％，对照组为10．8％，两组差异不明显（P＞0．05）。结论大剂量沐舒坦有利于微创胸外科患者术后的尽早康复，明显缩短了抗生素的使用时间，更利于患者的健康，值得临床推广。

Analysis of Large Doses of Mucosolvan in Clinical Applications after Minimally Inv asive Thoracic Surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of large dose of mucosolvan in clinical applications after minimally invasive thoracic surgery .Methods 78 cases of patients with thoracic surgery in our hospital from June 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into observation group （41 cases） and control group （37 cases） .The observation group received large dose of mucosolvan and control group was treated with conventional treatment .Then the sputum ,antibiotic application and other complications of the two groups were observed .Results After treatment ,the mucus cases were more ,and the using time of antibiotics was shorter in the observation group than those in control group .There had statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Complications were observed in 5 cases or 4 cases in observation group or control group ,respectively ,and the incidence was 12.2%or 10.8%,respectively.There had no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Large dose of mucosolvan can contribute to early postoperative rehabilitation of patients after minimally invasive thoracic surgery and shorten the using time of antibiotics .
