临床药师参与中药注射剂合理应用的干预研究

目的探讨药学干预在中药注射剂合理用药中的作用。方法收集临床药师干预前和干预后的普内科出院病历各300份，对比分析干预前后中药注射剂的使用率、不合理应用情况、占总住院费用比例情况。结果临床药师干预后，普内科中药注射剂的使用率、占总住院费用比例、不合理使用率分别由干预前25．00％、7．6％、19．67％T降至干预后12．0％、6．6％、8．33％，差异有统计学意义。结论临床药师的主动干预促进了中药注射剂的合理使用。

Intervention Study of Clinical Pharmacists on Rational Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

Objective To explore the effects of pharmaceutical intervention in the rational drug use of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injection. Methods A total of 300 cases before the intervention and 300 cases after the intervention were collected from General internal medicine department. The utilization ratio, irrational use, proportion of hospitalization expenses of TCM injection in those cases were recorded and analyzed. Results After the clinical pharmacists＇ intervention, the utilization ratio, proportion of hospitalization expenses of TCM injection and the irrational use of TCM injection decrease from 25.00%, were statistically significant.
