熄风通脑胶囊成型辅料的选择与处方研究

摘    要:目的优选熄风通脑胶囊的最佳辅料与制剂成型工艺。方法通过对不同辅料对流动性、吸湿性的考察筛选制备颗粒的辅料,优选最佳制粒成型工艺,并测定临界相对湿度。结果用微晶纤维素作辅料制成颗粒效果较佳,生产环境的相对湿度宜控制在72%以下。结论本试验确定的成型工艺能为其实际大生产提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best excipient and formation technologies of Xifeng Tongnao capsules. Methods The effects of different excipients on the fluidity, wettability were investigated to select appropriate materials and promising preparation process. The critical relative humidity was also measured in the preparation process. Results The granules made by the excipient of MCC were suitable. The relative humidity of the production and storage environment was below 72%. Conclusion The research can provide reference for the mass preparation of compound cornus capsules.
