| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨法舒地尔对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿转化生长因子β1（ TGF-β1）的影响。方法将患者随机分为阳性对照组、法舒地尔治疗组，所有患者严格控制血糖血压，治疗两周后观察尿白蛋白排泄率（ UAER）、尿TGF-β1变化。结果与阳性对照组相比，法舒地尔治疗组治疗后尿UAER 、尿TGF-β1水平均有明显下降，血压、血糖水平均没有明显变化。结论法舒地尔降低早期糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白水平的机制可能与降低肾组织TGF-β1的水平有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of fasudil on urine TGF-β1 in patients with early-stage diabetic nephropathy .Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups： positive control and fa-sudil-treatment groups .All patients were under strict control of blood glucose and blood pressure .Changes in the levels of UAER and TGF-β1 were observed after two-week treatment .Results Compared with positive control group ,fsudil treatment notably decreased the levels of urine UAER and TGF-β1 .No significant change was ob-served in blood pressure and blood glucose levels .Conclusion Fasudil may reduce the level of urea UAER through inhibiting renal TGF-β1 expression . |
