摘    要:目的建立保婴丹中麻黄碱的含量测定方法,为更好地评价保婴丹质量提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以Venusil MP C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)为色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.02m0L/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH值为2.35)(5:95)为流动相:检测波长为210nm;柱温为25℃。结果麻黄碱在0.0238~0.597μg(r=1.0000)范围内呈良好线性关系;低中高3个水平的平均加样回收率分别为100.3%,RSD为0.8%(n=3);99.1%,RSD为0.7%(n=3);101.0%,RSD为1.0%(n=3)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于保婴丹质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining basis for its quality control. Methods The HPLC method was the content of ephedrine in Baoying Dan, and to provide adopted, the separation was performed on a column of Venusil MP C18 (5μm,250mm×4.6mm), acetonitrile - 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (5 : 95 ) (adjusted to pH 2.35 with phosphoric acid) was used as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 210 nm with the column temperature of 25 ℃. Results The ephedrine showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 023 8 - 0. 597 μg ( r = 1. 000 0) ; the average recoveries of components at three concentration levels were: 100.3% , RSD = 0.8% (n = 3) ; 99.1%, RSD=0.7% (n =3); 101.0%, RSD =1.0% (n =3). Conclusion The method is simple, quick, accurate, and has good reproducibility, it can be used for the quality control of Baoying Dan.
