| 摘 要： | 目的总结本院不良反应发生的规律和特点，为今后的合理用药提供更安全、更科学的依据。方法对本院2012年上报的药品不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果静脉滴注、抗菌药物及头孢菌素类药物引起ADR在各表中的比例均是最高。结论医务人员需加强药学服务，重视ADR监测及其相关知识的宣传，减少或避免ADR发生，保证患者用药安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the rules and characteristics of adverse reactions occurred in the hospital, so as to provide more safety, and more scientific basis for the rational application of drugs in the future. Methods The adverse drug reaction reports of the hospital in 2012 were statistical analyzed. Results The proportion of ADR that were by caused by intravenous drip, antibiotics, and cephalosporins in the table was the highest. Conclusion Medical staff should strengthen pharmacy service, pay attention to publicity ADR monitoring and related knowledge, in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR, and ensure the safety of patients. |
