| 摘 要： | 目的:观察扶正逐饮的中药配合亚砷酸胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸水的近期疗效与不良反应。方法:分为治疗组亚砷酸20mg胸腔注射,每周1次连用3～4次,中药汤剂150mL每日2次,连服4周;对照组亚砷酸20mg胸腔注射,用法同前。结果:治疗组有效率(CR+PR)为81%,对照组为54%,两者均无骨髓抑制及消化道反应。结论:中药配合亚砷酸胸腔内注射治疗癌性胸水,近期疗效优于单纯应用亚砷酸。

| Abstract: | Objective: Value recent curative effect and side-effect by using the treatment of cancer liquid in thorax by using Chinese traditional medicine,which is to enhance ability of disease resistance and make the liquid in thorax be reduced,and arsenious acid.Methods: Select two teams-treated team and compared team randomly.In treated team,As2O3 20mL inject in thorax each shoot every week and do that in 3-4 weeks.Drink Chinese traditional medicine soup 150mL twice each day and in 4 weeks;in compared team,inject As2O3 as the same as before.Results: Treated team: CR+PR is 81%,compared team: CR+PR is 54%,there are not marrow restrain and reaction of alimentary canal.Conclusion: The treatment of cancer liquid in thorax by using Chinese traditional medicine and arsenious acid is better than only using As2O3 in recent curative effect. |
