| 摘 要： | 目的探讨衰变加速因子(DAF)在宫颈癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法以宫颈癌细胞系ME180、宫颈癌组织和癌旁正常组织为材料,采用real-time PCR和western blotting检测DAF基因的mRNA和蛋白质表达水平;用3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷酸掺入量(3H-thymidine incorporation,3H-TdR)检查宫颈癌细胞的增殖,用Transwell小室法评估宫颈癌细胞的迁移能力。结果DAF的表达在宫颈癌组织中明显高于其配对的癌旁正常组织,抑制DAF基因的表达能明显降低ME180细胞的增殖、迁移能力。结论DAF在宫颈癌细胞中的高表达可能是肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸的重要机制,对宫颈癌的发生发展有重要的生物学意义。
