| 摘 要： | 目的：评估大剂量自体脂肪颗粒注射移植隆乳术的临床效果。方法：在局部浸润麻醉下，应用常规注射器吸脂法从身体某处皮下脂肪堆积处抽取脂肪颗粒，将其洗净后注射移植至乳房后间隙及皮下。结果：33例受术术后随访3～25个月，31例效果良好，另2例大部被吸收。结论：只要采用正确的方法，大剂量脂肪颗粒注射移植隆乳术可取得满意效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinicl effect of augmentation mammoplasty with great fat particles injection autotransplan-tation. Methods: After local infiltration anesthsia,fat particles from subcutaneous layer were aspirated with the current syringe liposuc-tion method and washed,then were reinjected into breasts.Results:31 cases showed good efficacy through follow-up observation for 3 - 25 months.2 cases had lower survival of autogenous fat transplantation.Conclusion:Great fat panicles injection autotransplantation was a good method of augmentation mammoplasty as long as we used the correct method. |
