| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:将2002年1月—2008年4月于沈阳市妇婴医院就诊的符合保守治疗条件的异位妊娠患者分为两组,其中治疗组100例,采用甲氨喋呤联合中药治疗,对照组68例,只应用甲氨喋呤治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组:HCG下降情况经χ2检验,差异有显著性(P<0.05);病灶包块缩小情况,经χ2检验,差异有显著性(P<0.05);临床观察两组腹痛及阴道流血持续时间经t检验,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗效果比较,经χ2检验,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗异位妊娠能保守杀胚,促进病灶包块吸收,保留生育功能,值得临床推广使用。
