| 摘 要： | 目的 观察基质金属蛋白酶－１（ＭＭＰ－１），反义金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子－１（ＴＩＭＰ－１）表达质粒对大鼠肝纤维经的影响。方法 运用重组ＤＮＡ技术，构建大鼠ＭＭＰ－１，反义ＴＩＭＰ－１，真核细胞表达质粒，经脂质包埋后，利用腹腔注射将其导入免疫性大鼠纤维化模型体内，观察其对大鼠肝纤维化的影响。结果 ＭＭＰ－１，反义ＴＩＭＰ－１表达质粒均可促进肝脏中Ⅰ，Ⅲ型胶原的降解（Ｐ〈０．０５－Ｐ〈０．０１），且作
