2000--2007年宁波市疟疾流行特征分析

目的：了解近8年来宁波市疟疾发病情况，为进一步巩固疟防成果提供依据。方法：对宁波市11个县（市）区疾病预防控制中心2000-2007年疟疾监测资料进行分析。结果：8年来共检出疟疾522例，其中输入病例506例（占96．93％），本地感染病例16例（3．07％）。当地人口共发生43例疟疾病人，年发病率稳定在0．019～0．180／10万。当地居民发热病人血检阳性率平均为0．06％（43／77989），外来人群为1．22％（479／39289）。16个当地感染病例分布于本市7个市（区），以余姚市和北仑区为多。结论：宁波市当地居民疟疾发病率已维持在较低水平，但输人性疟疾病例呈逐年上升趋势．仍存在疟疾流行的危险性。

Epidemiological analysis of malaria supervision in Ningbo from 2000 to 2007

Objective To explore malaria prevalence of Ningbo in the past eight years,in order to provide basis to strengthen the achievements of malaria prevention.Method Malaria supervision data of eleven centers of disease control and prevention of Ningbo from 2000 to 2007 were analyzed.Results Five hundred and twenty two malaria cases were identified in the past eight years with five hundred and six(96.93%) imported cases and sixteen(3.07%) local cases.Forty-three cases were identified in local residents with annual incidence from 0.019 to 0.180 per 100,000.The average positive rate of malaria of fever cases was 0.06 %(43/77989) for local residents and 1.22%(479/39289)for nonlocal residents.The sixteen local infective cases were distributed in seven counties of Ningbo,and mostly in Yuyao and Beilun county.Conclusions The annual morbidity rate of malaria of local residents in Ningbo remains quite low,but there is still a risk for malaria outbreak due to the increased tendency of imported cases every year.
