摘    要:目的建立良好生活方式,预防心脑血管疾病的发生。方法实施生活干预措施,包括合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡、充足睡眠、不过度劳累等来预防心血管病的发生。结果心脑血管疾病患者通过建立健康的生活方式和行为,可以使死亡率减少50%。特别是老年人,只要降低收缩压(SBP)2mmHg,就能使高血压病发生率减少17%,脑中风减少14%,冠心病减少6%。结论心脑血管疾病的发病与人们不良的生活方式和行为存在着很大的因果关系,只要能长期坚持良好的生活方式,一定能减少心脑血管疾病的发生。

Establish a healthy lifestyle to prevent cardiovascular and carotid artery diseases

Abstract:Objective Pass through establish a healthy lifestyle, to explore prevention approaches for cardiovascular and carotid artery diseases. Methods Lifestyle intervention,comprise: Including a sensible diet, moderate physical activity, avoiding tobacco and alcohol, sustaining a balanced psychological, ample a sleep, not exorbitant weary and soon. Results If you have a healthy way of life instead of bed behaviour and way of life . Cardioascular disease mortality can be reduced by 50% ,Inparticular the elderly as long as can lower sytolic blood pressure( SBP)by 2mmHg ,the incidence of hypertension can be beduced by 17% , 14% reduction in stroke , coronary heart disease reduced by 6%. Conclusion There exists certain causal relationship between unhealthy lifestyles and cardiovascular disease as well as carotid artery disease. As long as one can maintain a healthy lifestyle, the risk of cardiovascular and carotid artery diseases can be significantly reduced.
