1000例颈椎病的CR诊断分析

目的探讨CR诊断颈椎病的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析1000例颈椎病的CR表现，并对其影像学改变的发病机理和临床表现进行分析。结果颈椎生理曲度异常684例（68．4％），椎体旋转391例（39．1％），滑椎298例（29．8％），椎间隙狭窄共1517个（以C5-6椎间隙狭窄为多见），椎间孔变形、狭窄874个（亦以C5-6椎间孔变形、狭窄为多见），椎体骨赘1836个，其中前缘骨赘579个，后缘骨赘901个，侧缘骨赘356个，钩椎关节退变769例（76．9％），椎间关节退变596例（59．6％），韧带钙化352例（35．2％），此外尚有椎间盘真空征（或积气征）13例、正位裂隙征86例，侧位裂隙征117例等。结论CR在颈椎病诊断上具有重要价值，也是一种重要的检查方法，特别是颈椎的侧位和左、右后斜位片。

Analysis of CR diagnosis on cervical spondylosis in 1000 Cases

Objective To evaluate CR sign of cervical spondylosis. Methods To analyze restrospectively the CR fingdings of 1000 cases with cervical spondylosis,and to discusse the significance of the image fingdings on the pathogenesis and clinical appearance. Results Abnormal cervical spondylosis were found in 68.4 cases （68.4%）, rotation of vertebra 391 cases （ 39.1% ） ,partial slipping of vertebral body 298 cases （ 29.8 % ）, narrowing of the intervertebral space （ mostly at the C5 - 6 level ） total 1517, deforming and narrowing of the interverbral foramen 874 cases （ mostly at the C5 - 6 level, too）, vertebral spurs 1836 at the antevertebra 579 at the postvertebra 901 at the lateral 356, luschka joint degeneration 769 cases （76.9%） ,intervertebral joint degeneration 596 cases （ 59.6 % ） , and Ligamental calcification 352 cases （35.2%）. In addition vacuum sign （ gas sign ） of the intervertebral space were found in 13 cases ,fissure sign at the antero - posterior position 86 cases at the lateral position 117 cases, and so on. Concluion CR not only plays an important role in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis, but was a pivotal examinational method especially in lateral position and left and right posterior oblique position of cervical vertebra.
