经皮穿刺治疗腰椎间盘炎的临床疗效分析

目的探讨应用经皮穿刺椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘炎的临床疗效。方法对笔者所在医院自2003年以来7例采用经皮穿刺椎间盘切除术治疗的腰椎间盘炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，手术包括病灶清除以及含庆大霉素的氯化钠注射液冲洗，术后辅以抗生素、激素药物治疗以及高压氧治疗等综合措施。本组随访时间5～9个月，平均7．2个月。结果术后患者临床症状、体征明显缓解，5—6周后血沉开始恢复正常。7例患者均达临床治愈。结论经皮穿刺椎间盘切除术具有疗效好、损伤少、康复时间短的优点，特别适用于有多个椎间盘炎的病例，是治疗腰椎间盘炎有效方法之一。

The clinical analysis of percutaneous lumbar discetomy in treatment of lumbar discitis

Objective To assess the clinical outcomes of patients who had received percutaneous lumbar discetomy （PLD） treatment. Methods The study analyzed retrospectively 7 patients undergoing PLD, including infection focus removing and gentamycin douch during operation. The patients were accepted antibiotics and hormone drugs and hyperbaric oxygen treatment postoperation. Follow - up evaluation was performed after an average of 7.2 months. Results Subjective symptoms and clinical signs of patients were obviously improved. ESR was recovered normal in 5 - 6 weeks postoperative. Conclusion PLD is an effective method for lumber discitis, especially for multiple segments.
