基底动脉尖综合征15例临床分析

目的探讨基底动脉尖综合征（TOBS）的临床特点、影像特点。方法对15例TOBS患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析及总结。结果本组病例多有脑血管病的危险因素（高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、嗜烟酒等），以意识障碍、神经眼征、瘫痪、感觉障碍、记忆障碍等为常见表现，MRI可发现基底动脉尖端5条血管供血区的多发梗死灶（中脑、丘脑、小脑、颢叶及枕叶等部位）。结论TOBS是一种特殊类型脑血管病，头部MRI对其诊断有重要意义。

Clinical analysis of the top of the basilar artery syndrome on 15 cases

Objective To explore the clinical features,imaging characteristic of the TOBS. Methods Retrospectively to analyze and summarize the clinical data of 15 cases with TOBS. Results Most of these cases have the risk factors of the cerebrovascular disease such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipemia, smoking and sot,TOBS is characteristic of the following：disturbance of consciousness, neuro -ophthalmic signs, paralysis, sensory disturbance and memory disorders. Imaging examination such as MRI showed that multiple infarction （thalamus, midbrain, cerebellum, temporal lobe , occipital lobe and so on） existed in the area whose blood supply came from the five vessels belonging to top of basilar artery. Conclusion TOBS is a special type of cerebrovaseutar disease and head MRI is important in the diagnosis .
