| 摘 要： | 目的比较经腹与经阴道超声检查对宫外孕诊断情况。方法对325例证实为宫外孕患者的超声检查结果进行对比分析，所有病例均进行了经腹及经阴道超声检查。结果经腹超声诊断符合率为57．8％（188／325），经阴道超声诊断符合率为86．2％（280／325）。结论经阴道超声对宫外孕的诊断明显优于经腹超声，两者联合可提高诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the ectopic pregnancy diagnosis by transabdominal ultrasound （TAS） and transvaginal ultrasound （TVS）. Methods To compare and analyze the TAS and TVS results of 325 ectopic pregnancy patients. Results The accurate rate of TAS in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 57.8% （ 188/325 ）, the accurate rate of TVS in di- agnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 86.2% （280/325）. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy is obviously higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound. Combination of them for further diagnosis should be essential and useful. |
