疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床应用

目的探讨腹股沟疝环充填式无张力疝修补手术方式和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析5年来笔者所在医院86例疝环充填式无张力疝修补手术的临床资料。结果全部病例均痊愈，平均住院6d，术后无复发，并发皮下血肿1例，术后伤口异物感者3例，随访2—24个月无复发。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术操作简便、安全、痛苦小、恢复快，复发率及感染率低，为目前腹股沟疝治疗的最佳术式之一。

Clinical application of plug tension - free hernia repair

Objective To explore the treatment effects of inguinal hernia ring filling tension - free hernia repair and surgical treatment. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 86 cases with plug tension - free hernia repair surgery retrospectively. Results All patients were cured and the time of stay in hospital was mean 6 days after operation without recurrence, 1 case complicated by subcutaneous hematoma, postoperative wound foreign body sensation in 3 cases, no recurrence follow - up of 2 - 24 months. Conclusion Plug tension - free hernia repair is simple, safe, no pain and rapid recovery, relapse rate and a Low infection rate. It is one of the best way to the current treatment of inguinal hernia operation.
