| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨钛制弹性髓内钉(TEN)治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效。方法:2006年10月~2008年8月共收治65例儿童股骨干骨折患者,分别给予TEN固定和切开复位钢板固定方法。术后酌情外固定,去除外固定后进行功能锻炼。结果:65例患者术后经平均8.5个月(6.5~18.0个月)随访,TEN固定骨折愈合时间平均为10.4周(8~12周);切开复位钢板固定骨折愈合时间平均为14.3周(12~16周)。所有患者患侧膝关节活动度无明显差异。结论:适当使用TEN治疗儿童股骨干骨折,具有损伤小、应力遮挡小、不影响骨骺、骨折愈合好、患肢功能恢复快、并发症少等优点,但应严格掌握TEN直径的选择、预弯的部位和程度、钉尾的处理等要点。
