163例婴儿体质调查及与反复呼吸道感染发病关系分析

目的:探讨深圳地区婴儿体质因素在反复呼吸道感染发病中的作用,以指导临床防治。方法:采用横断面调查,随机抽取163人,对研究对象进行体质调查,按调查时诊断反复呼吸道感染与否分成两组,对其体质分型进行比较。结果:在研究对象中,存在正常质、痰湿质、内热质、气虚质、阴虚质、气阴两虚质及由其组合成的不同体质类型。反复呼吸道感染发病率为12.88%,非复感组中正常质、气虚质、痰湿质、阴虚质、内热质均高于复感组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:体质好的小儿较不容易发生复感,阴虚质、气阴两虚质、包含内热质的复合体质较容易发生复感。

Analysis of relationship between the constitution and occurrence of RRTI in infants

Objective :To discuss the effect of constitution factor of infants on the occurrence of RRTI in order to guide clinical prevention and treatment.Methods :Adopt the transverse investigation and choose 163 infants randomly,check their constitution and divide them into two groups according to the occurrence of RRTI or not to compare the constitution.Results:There exist the normal constitution,exuberant constitution,internal heat constitution,Qi-deficiency constitution,yin-deficiency constitution,both Qi and yin deficiency constitution,and other constitution type that combined by the above single type.The occurrence of RRTI is 12.88%.The normal constitution,Qi-Deficiency constitution,phlegm and dampness constitution,yin-deficiency constitution and internal heat constitution of the non-infected group were more than that of the infected group,with significant difference between them.Conclusion:Infants with good constitution are not easy to contract RRTI,however it is easy to occur in the infants with yin-deficiency constitution both Qi and yin deficiency constitution and the complex constitution including internal heat.
