直肠癌患者术后复发因素研究

目的 探讨影响直肠癌术后复发的因素，以便采取相应的措施来减少复发，提高患者的存活率。方法 对1992年4月至2004年4月我院直肠癌手术切除的病例291例，应用寿命表法和Kaplan-Meier法进行复发因素分析，采用Log-RankTest和Cox比例风险模型对影响复发的有关因素进行单因素分析和多因素分析。结果 复发146例，未复发145例。1年复发率23．04％，3年复发率44．60％，5年复发率50．79％，10年复发率55．09％。影响患者术后复发的主要因素包括年龄、性别、浸润深度和病理分期。结论 年龄、性别、浸润深度和病理分期是影响术后复发的主要因素。

Study on recurrence factors of rectal carcinoma

Objective To study the recurrence factors of rectal carcinoma so as to decrease the recurrence and increase the survival rate.Methods 291 patients with rectal carcinoma were operated for resection April 1992 to April 2004 were selected.The factors of recurrence were analyzed with life-table and Kaplan-meier and then analyzed with univarite and multivariate analysis of cox regression.Results Of 291 cases,146 recurred,with the one-year recurrence rate of 23.04%,3-year survival rate of 44.60%,5-year survival rate of 50.79% and 10-year survival rate 55.09%.Four significant factors such as age,sex,depth of invasion and pathologic stages were related to the recurrence.Conclusion The main factors of recurrence following resection of rectal carcinoma patients are age,sex,depth of invasion and pathologic stages.
