介入治疗前后宫颈癌组织局部Fas/FasL系统动态变化的研究

摘    要:目的:研究介入治疗前后宫颈癌组织内肿瘤细胞和淋巴细胞Fas/FasL的动态变化,对介入治疗前后癌组织局部细胞免疫功能的动态变化进行初步探究。方法:对21例宫颈癌介入治疗前后标本,采用免疫组化法检测Fas和FasL的表达率及表达强度。结果:介入前、介入后第7天和介入后第14天3个时间点两两之间的比较:除了介入前与介入后第14天相比两种细胞Fas和FasL表达率差异无显著性(P>0.05),介入后第7天和第14天时FasL淋巴细胞表达率差异无显著性(P>0.05),其他均有统计学意义。结论:介入治疗能有效地逆转癌组织局部肿瘤细胞和淋巴细胞Fas/FasL系统的表达,促进肿瘤细胞死亡。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effects of interventional arterial chemotherapy,through the variation of expressions of Fas and FasL in malignant cells and lymphocytes of cervical cancer after the therapy.Methods:Expressions of Fas and FasL in 21 cases with cervical cancer before-and after-interventional therapy (on the 7th and 14th day) were determined by S-P immunohistochemical staining.Results:Before interventional therapy,the positive rates of Fas and FasL expression in lymphocytes were 38.10% and 4.76%;that of malignant cells were 19.05% and 47.62% .At the 7th day of post-therapy,the expression rates of Fas and FasL in lymphocytes were 85.71% and 38.10% ;that of malignant cells were 100% and 85.71%.Compare to baseline,the difference was significant (P< 0.05 ).At the 14th day,the expression rates of Fas and FasL of lymphocytes were 33.33% and 14.29%;that of malignant cells were 19.05% and 47.62%(P<0.05).The difference was no significant when compare to baseline before the therapy(P>0.05);The difference was significant when compare to the 7th day(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Fas/FasL system in the cancer tissue was enhanced by the interventional therapy that induced tumor cell death.
