宽胸理气疏肝法治疗冠心病心绞痛临床研究

目的：观察宽胸理气疏肝法辨治冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组采用宽胸理气疏肝法辨证加减,对照组口服地奥心血康胶囊治疗。结果：治疗后两组临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组心电图疗效比较,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用宽胸理气疏肝法辨治心肝气郁滞型冠心病心绞痛具有良好疗效。

Clinical Research on Relieving Chest,Regulating Qi and Smoothing Liver Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of relieving chest, regulating qi and smoothing liver treatment of relieving chest,regulating qi and smoothing liver treatment of coronary heart disease angina peetoris. Methods： 120 patients with coronary heart disease angi- na pectoris were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each of 60 cases. The treatment group was treated with relieving chest,regulating qi and smoothing liver method,and the control group was orally administered Diao Xinxuekang capsules. Re- sults：The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;angina pectoris curative effect of the two groups ＇after one period of treatment and after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and that of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Relieving chest,regulating qi and smoothing liver method syndrome differentiation and treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with qi depression of heart and liver has good curative effect.
