丹参酮注射液治疗稳定性心绞痛合并高脂血症临床观察

目的：观察丹参酮治疗血瘀型稳定性心绞痛合并高脂血症患者的临床疗效，并对其机制进行分析。方法：７８例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上给予静脉滴注丹参酮注射液，每日 １次。观察并比较两组不良反应、疗效及 ＴＣ、ＴＧ变化。结果：治疗组有效率为 ８９．７４％，对照组有效率为 ７１．７９％，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗组疗效优于对照组；心电图改善治疗组有效率为 ８７．１８％，对照组有效率为 ７４．３６％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组心率和 ２４ｈ内室性早搏次数与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗后两组 ＴＣ、ＴＧ水平与本组治疗前相比差异均具有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗后治疗组 ＴＣ、ＴＧ水平与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：丹参酮注射液治疗血瘀型稳定性心绞痛合并高脂血症患者疗效显著，其作用可能是通过改善心肌缺血，调节机体脂代谢实现的。

Clinical Observation of Tanshinone Injection in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris with Hyperlipidemia

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Tanshinone injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia,and analyze its mechanism. Methods：78 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method. Both groups were given routine treatment. The treatment group was given additional tanshinone injection, intravenous drip, once a day. The control group was given placebo. Observe and compare TC,TG and curative effect of two groups. Results：The effective rate was 89.74% in treatment group and 71.79% in control group. Compared the effect of two groups ,the difference was statistically significant. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement was 87.18% in treatment group and 74.36% in control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared the heart rate and the number of ventricular premature beat within 24 h of two groups,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared the TC and TG with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared the TC and TG of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tanshinone injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia has distinct curative effect. Tts action may be through improving myocardial ischemia and regulating lipid metabolism.
