益复康口服液配合恶性肿瘤化疗临床研究

目的：探讨益复康口服液配合恶性肿瘤化疗临床疗效。方法：随机分为治疗组和对照组各150例。治疗组服用益复康口服液,20 mL,每天3次,对照组服用利血生200 mg,鲨肝醇100 mg,每天3次;两组均在第一阶段观察结束后,继续服用益复康口服液或利血生、鲨肝醇,直至研究终点。结果：两组患者的生存率（OS）比较：治疗组与对照组2 a生存率分别为38%和34%,治疗组优于对照组。无疾病进展时间（PFS）比较：治疗组为10.9个月,对照组为8.7个月。两组比较有显著性差异（P0.05）。结论：益复康口服液配合恶性肿瘤化疗有好的改善效果。

Yifukang Oral Liquid with Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy Survey Report

Objective：To evaluate the profit within the oral liquid with 2 a survival after malignant tumor chemotherapy curative effect is satisfactory. Methods ： 150 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each. Treatment group taking profit within the oral liquid,20 mL,3 times a day,the control group taking the blood born 200 mg,shark liver alcohol 100 mg,three times a day;Af- ter the two groups were observed in the first stage, continued taking profit within the oral liquid or blood, shark liver alcohol, until the end. Results：Two groups of patients survival（OS） ：the treatment group and control group 2 a survival rates were 38% and 34% respectively,the treatment group is better than the control group. No time of disease progression （PFS） comparison：the treatment group was 10.9 months,the control group was 8.7 months. Comparing the two groups have significant difference（P 〈 0.05 ）. Treatment group of white blood cells loss is lower than the control group, especially after taking 2 months, ratio is severe leukopenia patients in both groups, there are significant differences （ P 〈0.01 ）. Hepatorenal function check, comparing the two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The beneficial convalescent oral liquid with malignant tumor chemotherapy has a good effect.
