人参乌梅汤加减治疗小儿气阴两虚型腹泻临床研究

目的：探讨人参乌梅汤加减治疗小儿气阴两虚型腹泻的临床疗效。方法：选择 ８２例气阴两虚型腹泻患儿，并随机分成研究组和对照组。研究组 ４０例，以加味人参乌梅汤治疗，对照组４２例，以金双歧联合蒙脱石散治疗，７ｄ后对比两组患儿证候积分改善状况、不良反应等。结果：研究组和对照组患儿各指标均得到改善，与对照组相比，研究组患儿改善更显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。研究组和对照组患儿不良反应均较少，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。研究组显控率 ７７．５％明显高于对照组 ６１．９％。结论：加味人参乌梅汤治疗小儿气阴两虚型腹泻疗效显著，不良反应少，安全可靠。

Study on Clinical Effect of Modified Renshe-Wumei Tang on Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome Diarrhea Disease in Children

Objective ：To study the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of Modified Renshe-Wumei Tang on Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome diarrhea disease in children. Methods：To select 82 patients with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome diarrhea disease, and randomly divided into study group and control group. 40 patients in study group, cure disease with Modified Renshe-Wumei Tang ,42 patients in control group, cure disease with Jin Shuangqi and Montmorillonite powder. To compare the symptoms score improvement situation and adverse reaction of children in two groups after one week. Results：After treatment, the study group and the control group were improved in each index. Compared with control group,children in study group improved more significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. There were less adverse reactions of patients in the study group and the control group, no significant differences. The control group. Display control rate 77.5% in study group was significantly higher than the control group 61.9%. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Modified Renshe-Wumei Tang on Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome diarrhea disease in children is apparent, with fewer adverse reactions ,worthy of clinical application.
