腹腔镜应用于阑尾炎手术的疗效观察

目的观察采用腹腔镜辅助手术治疗阑尾炎的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月～2012年12月阑尾炎手术患者116例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各58例。对照组患者采用传统手术方法进行治疗；观察组患者在手术中应用腹腔镜进行治疗，将两组患者手术效果进行对比。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、胃肠道恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院治疗时间等项指标均低于对照组（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义；观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜辅助手术治疗阑尾炎，具有对组织损伤小、术后患者恢复快、并发症发生率低等优点，值得临床推广与应用。

Clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment in appendicitis surgery

Objective To research on the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment in appendicitis surgery. Methods 116 patients who needed to do appendicitis surgery in March, 2010 - December, 2012 were selected, which were randomly divided into two groups： observation group （58 cases） and control group （58 eases）. The control group were treated by traditional operation, while the patients in the observation group applicated to laparoscopic surgery treatment, the effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results The observation group of patients ＇ intraoperative blood loss, operative time, recovery time of gastrointestinal tract, ambulation time, hospitalization time and other indicators in the observation group were different from those in the control group, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. The patients＇ postoperative complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Applying laparoscopic surgery in patients with appendicitis, treatment effect is obvious, it did less damage to patients. Patients recovered quickly after operation, and Low complication rate would happen. Laparoscopic treatment in appendicitis surgery is worth to be popularized.
