红外热成像与中医

摘    要:利用红外热成像技术观察舌像、脉像、手像、耳像、面像等局部热成像表现,观察这些局部热成像与全身证候的关系,并联合利用其他结构性成像检查同时进行观察,另外还可以配合红外热断层和红外热层析的开发研究进行临床观察。这样,就有可能得到在生理状态下全身脏腑组织功能活动代谢热的立体红外热成像,通过这样的成像就可以观察脏腑组织之间是如何协调统一的。从而得到在病理状态下病变脏腑组织异常活动代谢热的立体红外热成像,通过这样的成像就可以观察脏腑组织之间的协调统一是如何遭到破坏的,以及活动异常的脏腑组织功能是如何通过治疗重新达到协调统一的。从而促进中医基本理论水平的提高,促进临床辨证施治水平的提高。

Abstract:Use infrared thermal imaging technology to observe the local thermal imaging performance of tongue, conduits, hand, earcon and face. Observe the relationship between local thermal imaging performance and body combined with other Structural imaging at the same time. It also can cooperate with infrared thermal fault and thermal infrared chromatography research for clinical observation. In this way,it is possible to get stereo infrared thermal imaging of body metabolism of organs function activity in a physiological manner. Through such imaging can observe the harmonious and unified of organs. It also obtains three-dimensional thermal infrared imaging in the condition of pathological lesions so that can observe the damage of coordinated unification among organs and how abnormal function of organs to achieve the harmonious and unified through treatment. Thereby promote the improvement of the basic theory of TCM and promote the improvement of clinical evidence-based medicine.
