中西医结合治疗急性期肺源性心脏病临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性期肺源性心脏病的临床疗效。方法：将42例急性期肺源性心脏病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组患者均予以常规西医处理,治疗组合用祛痰化瘀、补肺脾肾的中药。结果：两组有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组和对照组的症状均有一定程度的改善,但治疗组的咳嗽、痰液黏稠、气喘、乏力、食欲不振及PaO2与对照组相比均有显著改善,而两组的肺功能改善情况相近。结论：采用中西医结合方法治疗急性期肺源性心脏病与单纯的西医方法治疗相比可以提高疗效。

Clinical Research on Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute pulmo- nary heart disease. Methods ：42 cases of acute pulmonary heart disease patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, all patients were treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was given Chinese medicine with e- liminating phlegm and removing blood stasis and tonifying the lung, spleen and kidney. Results ： The effective rate of treatment group was superior than the control group ; symptoms of the two groups improved to a certain extent, but cough, thick sputum, asthma, fatigue,loss of appetite and PaO2 of the treatment group compared with the control group were significantly improved, and pulmonary function of the two groups similarly improved. Conclusion：Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute pulmonary heart disease can improve curative effect compared with simple western medicine treatment.
