| 摘 要： | 目的：构建我国医药代表胜任素质模型。方法：首先通过文献分析和逻辑分析的方法初步获得医药代表胜任素质要素,在此基础上选用问卷调查法对各要素的重要性进行评估,并采用因子分析法对调查数据进行分析,最后运用层次分析法确定各要素的权重。结果与结论：构建了由职业素质、职业道德、知识技能、个人特质、关系管理5个维度、26项胜任素质要素及其权重组成的我国医药代表胜任素质模型。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective: To establish the competency model for medical representatives in China. Methods:Firstly, the competency elements for medical representatives were defined through the literature research and logic analysis, the importance of each element was then evaluated by a questionnaire, and the survey results were analyzed by a factor analysis approach. Lastly, the weight of each factor was confirmed by analytic hierarchy process.Results & Conclusion: The competency model, which consists of 5 dimensions (professional quality, professional ethics, knowledge, personal characteristics and relationship management), 26 competency elements and the weight of each factor, is established successfully. |
